━ I FEEL LIKE I'M KNOCKIN' ON HEAVEN'S DOOR ━
Evelyn’s life is like something from a fairytale, a Wiccan that used her abilities to not only help others but to protect them was not uncommon, but where she came from it was. She was raised to protect her coven, her family and her life with her magic. But she believed something more came from helping others, it made a bubbling feeling in her stomach whenever she thought about helping people. Her life, it was different from the destiny that she was given to her by the coven she had come from. A destiny that she had given right back before leaving and joining Interpol. Her magic, it helped her stay alive and protect those that couldn’t protect herself. But it couldn’t help her protect her heart. Zoran was the man that had captured it within his meaty grasp, but not in a bad way. She had fallen in love with him, and by the look of it, he had fallen for her as well. But he knew her by another name, he knew her as Elena. And then he was ripped away from her. She learned in that moment, you can’t fall in love with the enemy. Maybe that was why she left Interpol not long after marrying Noah.
She had a nice life, one filled with love and support. Her life was a little different now that she was no longer protecting those that needed protecting and she was no longer out there in the field. Now she had settled down, and she had someone to hold and cherish. Noah was a great man, a man that she truly loved. He claimed her heart, taken it from the grasps of Zoran and in return gave her the key to his heart. Evelyn loved Noah, and only having been married for a small span of time, only just returning from her Honeymoon not too long ago, the two of them were starting their own life together in San Francisco. They opened their own bar, she used her magic to help those through her drinks and Noah was just amazing.
But tonight, Evelyn was on her own, at a random club called Ravenous. It was rather popular, a place that Evelyn hoped her own bar would become. But tonight, it was all about relaxing. Noah had gone to bed rather early, after a stressful day dealing with someone that was going to help them get the bar up and ready. But Evelyn, instead of following behind in his footsteps and going to bed as well, decided to go out and check out the popular place of Ravenous. As she entered, she was overwhelmed with the feeling of the place, her eyes wandering around before she slowly entered and made her way to the bar. Evelyn, she wasn’t into drinking as much as she used to be and instead ordered a glass of water from the bartender. There was no reason behind it, she just liked to have a clear head, especially when she was in foreign territory and didn’t have Noah anywhere near her. As she waited, she spun her wedding ring around her finger.
