━ SAY YOU'LL REMEMBER ME, STARING AT THE SUNSET━
Normality wasn’t something that was achieved it was given to you the moment you are brought into the world, the moment you breath the air that life has to offer you. Your life in the beginning is nothing but normal, it is peaceful and it is perfect. Or as perfect as life can be. You have a family, people that love you, a home and food and clothing and then as you age, those things slowly change. Be it that you lose your family, your home or your food and so on. But for others, the changes don’t come quickly, they come slowly and painfully. And Freya was no stranger to this.
Being the daughter of a wealthy Hungarian warlock with a twin sister and a disappearing act of a mother, her life was different from others. She was born into a coven of witches and warlocks, and thus was a witch herself. But there was something different about her sister, she was darker than the innocent demeanor of Freya. And thus, they were raised in the coven but were different from them. They looked at them differently, that was until Freya came into her magic and her sister did not, they seemed to be weary of the two girls and Freya didn’t know why. That was until Ingrid ran away, disappearing onto the back of a Harley and riding off into the sunset. After that, they seemed to be more likeable around her, seemed to agree and actually talk to her.
And then things took a turn for the worst when Freya was forced to marry Bartok Ali, a man that only saw her as an object rather than an actually being. He was a douche, just like her father, and thus she had run away. Run away to find her sister, dead and drowned in her own blood. Not even checking the body to see if she was alive, she fled and disappeared to the States where she quickly changed her looks and made her last name more American. Even if she still has a bit of her Hungarian accent within her words. And that was when she met Evan, he was sweet and a great friend and then he became more in one night. But then she left college for a bit, settling in an apartment in San Francisco. And that was where she found herself now, San Francisco.
After she had completely skipped out on her date, her friends decided it was up to them to drag her out to the local hot spot, a club by the name of Ravenous. It was supposed to be the place to be for all the college students and they hoped that she would finally let loose and get out there. When they had found out that she had still been innocent, believing that her first time would be with the one that she loved and with a man that she married for love instead of force, then she would let herself ‘let loose’ like they called it. They had forced her into a tight black dress, one that made her breast pop and her curves seen by all. Hell, the dress almost didn’t cover her ass either, but as she tugged it down she was slapped by her friends as one curled her hair to perfect and another brushed on a tinge of ruby red lipstick. And finally, they allowed her to wear her black flats since she had refused to wear the heels they had picked out.
Finally, all ready and perfect looking, they all piled into a cab and were off. It wasn’t long before they flashed fake identification cards and were quickly ushered inside the club as quickly as the bulky man could and when they finally were, the pulse of the lights and the smell of alcohol was clear to the naked eye. Even that of sweaty bodies moving against each other to the rhythm of the current song playing throughout the place. One by one, her friends disappeared from her sight. One to get drinks, another to find a place to sit and the other going to find her boyfriend among the half-naked bodies that were currently dancing.
Freya, completely out of place, moved through the slightly dark place, rubbing the flesh of her exposed skin. She puffed out her breath, brushing a strand of curly hair behind her ear as she pulled the dress down a bit and at the same time pulled the top up to conceal her boobs.
